Facilities at The Alcyon Center

Set in five wooded acres on tidal Seal Cove on Mount Desert Island, the Center includes the main house, a cedar log cabin, two small rustic hermitages and gazebo by the cove. These 5 acres feature diverse ecosystems including saltwater shore frontage, mature Spruce and Fir forest, hardwood canopies, 100 year old Apple trees, stream beds, native Rugosa roses, and vernal pool habitat.
